Hi all – just wanted to give a quick heads-up on a fabulous cure for just about anything that ails you.  Five years ago I twisted my knee. For six months it hurt every time I went up or down stairs. Being in the local alternative health network, CHEO (www.4cheo.org) someone told me that any time you have an injury area it needs extra nutrients to heal.
